My Review:
I have been following this series since the beginning so I was quite excited to have the opportunity to read and review this book.  In book 15, we have a hair-raising thriller and two baffling mysteries to solve.  Sherlock and Savich are back once again to find a serial killer whose DNA links to the one and only Ted Bundy.  Mr. Patil, an owner of a convenience store constantly finds himself in danger and Savich doesn't believe in coincidences.  Lastly, Lucy Carlyle must solve a mystery that hits close to home.  What happened to her grandfather?  Did he really just walk away 22-years ago? Or did something more sinister happen?

I've always enjoyed this series and this time was no different.  I loved how we got a different romance going between Lucy and Coop because Sherlock and Savich is so madly in love that there aren't a lot of changes on that front.  However, this romance isn't nearly as exciting or believable as Sherlock and Savich.  All of the mysteries were extremely different and had rather surprising endings; though, I will admit to forgetting about Mr. Patil a few times.  My only real complaint is the unnecessary paranormal element that comes out of nowhere.  It was really unnecessary and it hasn't really been a component of this series previously so it just felt weird and out of place to me.

I loved loved loved the action and the mysteries that kept me guessing throughout.  There wasn't too much blood and guts.  If you are new to this series, I would start from the beginning but only because I love Sherlock and Savich's romance so much, I feel like it is a must in every reader's library.  If you aren't interested in the romance so much or the Ted Bundy element interests you most, go ahead and start mid series.  It doesn't mess anything up.

Anyone familiar with this series?  What do you think?  How long have you been following and how do you think it is going?  Anyone read this book in particular?  Thoughts?  Oh and what about paranormal elements...has that happened in other books you've read?  I'm interested in your thoughts.
