Teaser Tuesday: Paper Towns

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading.

My Teaser: from Paper Towns by Johnson Green

"I'm not saying that everything is survivable.  Just that everything except the last thing is."

Be sure to share a link to your teaser!

    Anyone can play along!

    Just do the following:
    • Grab your current read
    • Open to a random page
    • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
    • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
    • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

      1. P.S. Your home button is your old link. (without the blogspot.com)

      2. I am back.

I'm just realizing how big of a problem this whole thing is going to be. None of the links on my blog linking to another portion of the blog is going to work!! This is overwhelming. Gah! I'll change the toolbar , but there's no way I can change everything else. I just need to get my domain up and running. Oh sweet Jesus. Till then, you can find me here on the blogspot. I am officially back. I have tons of posts drafted and ready to go.

If only I could figure out this domain issue....

    2. I have this book on my shelf to read but have hesitated since I've been disenchanted with the last two books I've read by him.

Alexis, have you contacted your hosting company to ask what might be the issue with your domain? Did you forget to renew the name? Your hosting company should be able to help you figure out what is going on. Really glad to see you back!

      1. This one had it's moments but it was the first that I read by this author.

I did check with my hosting company. They have record of me renewing my domain. They do not have record of the domain actually being renewed. It's apparently an authorization issue...whatever that means. They've offered me my money back but that doesn't really help me at all.

      2. Well if they are offering you your money back just take it and re-do the renewal. That's really odd. You would think if they are offering you your money back they can take it and go ahead and apply it to the renewal.

    3. I haven't read anything by John Green, and for some reason I really like that quote! :)

      Welcome back!
