Dewey's Readathon Tomorrow!!

Dewey's 24 Hour Read-a-thon is tomorrow and I hope I'll see you guys up and ready to go.  Looking for some last minute tips?  Check out my post on What Not to Do and Tips & Tricks.  I plan to start reading when I wake up and end around hour 18.  I've done the whole 24 hours before but I've got a busy Sunday so it isn't to be this time around.

I always like to set a few goals so let me tell you my plan this time around.

Here's my book list:
GOAL: It's long but I like to have options.  I hope to read at least three of these.
  1. Scarlet by Marissa Meyer
  2. Out of the Easy by Ruta Sepetys
  3. Tomorrow There Will be Apricots by Jessica Soffer
  4. Forgotten by Catherine McKenzie
  5. Conspiracy in Death by J.D. Robb
  6. Loyalty in Death by J.D. Robb
  7. Ashes by Ilsa J. Bick
  8. To Katie with Love by Erica Lucke Dean
  9. Legend of the Forbidden by J.F. Jenkins
  10. Legend of the Touched by J.F. Jenkins.

Snack List:

GOAL: Don't leave the house for more snacks
This time I will have few snacks.  There are two reasons.  1) I really haven't been feeling well due to antibiotics and a sinus/ear infection so I don't have much of an appetite.  2) I need to choose between spending too much time eating and too much time socializing so that I'm more productive.

  1. Chicken Tortilla Soup
  2. Breakfast Shake
  3. Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
  4. 72 oz of water!!
  5. Green tea
Companions:
GOAL:  Remain on speaking terms with the Hubby.
If you've glanced at my previous helpful hints,  you know this situation isn't ideal.  Le Sigh.
  1. Me
  2. The Hubby
Fun:
GOAL:  Try not to feel bad for all the socializing I do instead of reading.

I'll be updating the blog every other hour and I'll be on twitter.  This time around I'm using Tweet chat because I had such fun using it during Bloggiesta.  I'll also hop around visiting my fellow participants.

If you haven't signed up, it's not too late!  Jump over to 24hourreadathon.com and join in!  The challenge is to read for 24 hours straight but just do whatever you have time for.  We are all in this together :)
