My First Book Signing... Marissa Meyer

I know.  It shouldn't be that I've reached the tired old age of 28 and have never gone to a book signing.  But now I have.  And it was WONDERFUL!!

P.S.  My videos are awful but I still wanted to share.  Next time I'll turn my phone, I promise.

On how she began to write...

On her fascination with fairy tales...

  2. The only book I remember getting signed was when I was in the second grade and an author came to my elementary school. So yes that means I'm brimming with jealousy over here!

Looks like you had an awesome time. Can't wait to hear what you think of the Cinder sequel.

    1. I haven't touched it yet. It's kind of untouchable. I'm still in awe that there is a signature in it.

  3. OOh nice! You went to a good signing! They had cupcakes! With the few that I have been to, there's never been a treat like that!

So nice when one come to you! I'm usually trying to convince my mom--in the past and maybe just a few years ago!--to take my to Chicago as that was always the closest place that had a signing!

Looks like you had an awesome time!

  6. How awesome that you got to go to a book signing! We don't get any of the authors I like out my way so I've never been to one. I'm always so envious when I see the posts about them though. Lol.

  11. Are you serious? This was your first!? No way! Good first one. I love that she had a full set up in the back. Most of the ones I go to just have the table and a poster of the book.
