I loved Beauty Queens so much it is on my top 10 list as well. I have so many on here are on my TBL list for 2013.

DeleteI'm listening to my old Harry Potter audiobooks right now, but apart from that, I'm not sure if I listened to any audiobooks at all this year.. :/ I'll have to check those you mentioned out! I'd love to listen to some. :)

Audiobooks really became integral in my reading life this year. I'm so glad I had them already figured out. I would have been a mess if I hadn't had them.
DeleteThe only one I listened to was Can You Keep a Secret and yeah, it was pretty fun.
ReplyDeleteYou definitely need to listen the Hero's Guide to Saving Your Kingdom, the text is great but the audio is SO good as well, the voice actor does different voices and accents for each of the princes and it's awesome.
I love narrators who do accents well. It makes it such fun.
DeleteLuke Daniels did a great job narrating the Iron Druid chronicles. I look forward to listening to the latest in the series.

DeleteYay some of my favorites too! I've heard all kinds of deliciousness about Beauty Queens - and can you believe my library doesn't have it! I've never actually bought an audiobook before - not even sure how to go about it - but I've gotta get that one!

Does your library have an online site where you can get audiobooks. I don't set foot in my library these days but I can access audios through overdrive.

There used to be a time where I would always prefer to read a book in physical form and only listen if it was a book I wasn't that interested in. I've changed. Now I really want to continue these on audio.

DeleteI have only read a handful of these. I have Beauty Queens on my ipod but I havent had a chance to listen to it. Heard great things about it though. Cinder was amazinf!! I can't wait for the sequel.
