Teaser Tuesday: Can You Keep a Secret?


Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading.
    My Teaser: 
    This week, I've included a teaser from Sophie Kinsella's Can You Keep a Secret?  I'm absolutely loving this one right now.  I'm absolutely loving Sophie Kinsella.  I'm smacking myself on the forehead and asking myself where I've been.
    “Emma, I'm sorry, I can't help you. This is a disaster. You're completely vulnerable. It's like going into battle in a nightie.”

        I listened to this one and I'm sold on Ms. Kinsella now. I can't believe I hadn't read her earlier.

      I LOVE Sophie Kinsella! You must read everything by her. The books are always so much fun! Her humor is fabulous and then there is always the right touch of emotion too. I also love all the stuff she was written as Madeleine Wickham although they are a little bit more serious.

        I didn't know about Madeleine Wickham but I'm loving the books by Sophie Kinsella. I've only found two but I can't believe how fun they are.

        I've only read two and I loved both. I listened on audio though so the voices were amazing.

      I'm sooooooo happy you're reading this book! It's my favorite by hers, the list is hilarious, I think I laughed through the whole book!

      I hope you review it so we can talk some more about it. Did you read I've Got Your Number? That one is good also!

        I heard great things as well. Unfortunately I dismissed them because I don't particularly care for chick-lit, but these are so much more than that.

        I'm not sure if I even look at my dusty bookshelf anymore. Books are starting to pile up on couches and counters. Lol. But yes, I am quite enjoying her writing style.
