Teaser Tuesday: Can You Keep a Secret?

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading.
    My Teaser:
This week, I've included a teaser from Sophie Kinsella's Can You Keep a Secret?  I'm absolutely loving this one right now.  I'm absolutely loving Sophie Kinsella.  I'm smacking myself on the forehead and asking myself where I've been.
“Emma, I'm sorry, I can't help you. This is a disaster. You're completely vulnerable. It's like going into battle in a nightie.”

Be sure to share a link to your teaser!

    Anyone can play along!

    Just do the following:
    • Grab your current read
    • Open to a random page
    • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
    • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
    • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

    3. I LOVE Sophie Kinsella! You must read everything by her. The books are always so much fun! Her humor is fabulous and then there is always the right touch of emotion too. I also love all the stuff she was written as Madeleine Wickham although they are a little bit more serious.

      1. I heard great things as well. Unfortunately I dismissed them because I don't particularly care for chick-lit, but these are so much more than that.
